I can offer real estate services in Vietnamese | Tiếng Việt. My wife, Trang Carlson, is Vietnamese. She has been a legal assistant for more than 20 years and is very familiar with realestate and related matters. I can also speak some limited Vietnamese that will be sufficient for real estate transactions.
