Bridge City Brass

Bridge City Brass Band is a new community band, in association with the Saskatoon Brass Band, designed to give a worthwhile music making opportunity for any members of the community who have brass or percussion skills, or wish to improve them.

The band provides a diverse and challenging musical repertoire with an emphasis on enjoyment through playing and socializing within a relaxed atmosphere. Our main aims are to improve the playing ability of the individual players of the band, and the band as a whole.

Our program of public performances involves us playing a varied range of music to cover all (or most) musical tastes, ranging from classical and original works to modern pop, taking in the big band sounds and the musicals on the way.

We provide music for special occasions, to support charities, to interact with other groups and to enjoy playing to as high a standard as we are collectively able.
