Richard is a partner at Cuelenaere Kendall Katzman & Watson. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance in 1980 from the University of Saskatchewan and his Bachelor of Laws in 1981. He was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1982.
